My name is Jenna Goodwin, I am a former Division 1 and current professional hockey player with a passion for fitness and wellness.
During my four years at university, I had to balance the demands of hockey, workouts, classes, and everyday life. Through this I learned that without strong foundations in fitness, nutrition, recovery, mindset, and daily habits, I could never perform or feel my best. Understanding how all of these areas connect and support each other is key to elevating your own performance and achieving lasting results.
From this experience I’ve developed a passion for sharing what I've learned with others in order to help you achieve your goals!
